Allow Symfony 6, enable ECS turbo #666

@TomasVotruba would it be possible to have a release with this PR included? We are trying to add compatibility for Symfony 6 on Sonata and we are currently on hold for the TranslationBundle: https://github.com/sonata-project/SonataTranslationBundle/pull/572
