we kept master because we wanted to keep all the previous history of knprad v1.
That was to avoid breaking apps of people using knprad v1. Maybe, after all this time, we can warn those users about a break and just keep a tag for v1.
but there is nothing wrong in naming the branch where all devs happen the "develop" branch per se.
It's still true that people is used to "master".
We can also make another "v1" branch and continue to tag the v1.
Of course the
dev-develop
work pretty well but the master is no longer maintained. We should probably follow (packagist/composer/community) conventions and use master as main branch.What do you think about ?
