Adding charset meta tag into the template file #30

@flansch mentioned the following in issue #9:

When opening the files in Safari on Mac the encoding is not detected properly and emojis and german umlauts are not displayed correctly. By adding to the head section of one of the files, I was able to fix that. Could you please automatically add this tag.

The tag is added along with another feature in https://github.com/KnugiHK/Whatsapp-Chat-Exporter/commit/26320413e8e358bdbfc21bfa12d75eeb1229a60d and is expected to release with other features/bug fixes.
