Includes things like saving and loading configuration settings, the SET Extractor and XML Importer, the LUA randomiser and other stuff.

The Randomiser Rewrite project should have the currently done things in the Done column.

Might not bother with the SET Extractor and XML Importer due to the Sonic '06 Toolkit containing that functionality, while the Randomiser no longer needs it.

Really only needs the LUA Randomiser implementing now for this to be considered done.
