Could be really cool to allow the user to control the Wildcard's blacklist. Rather than hardcoding it.

Expanded the Wildcard in https://github.com/Knuxfan24/Sonic-06-Randomiser-Suite/commit/6b0a867fcd51156116cb035e37bd99c3cf452579, giving the user more control over what it can and can't do.
