Cardinality of volunteers and befriendees is forced onto user #2

I noticed that 1 volunteer can only be assigned to a single befriendee and vice versa. I think this may be a feature flaw, as different organizations may have different policies regarding ratio of volunteers to befriendees. This may affect their ease of using the product.

This optimization issue has been comprehensively covered in our planned enhancement section in the DG.
