Refresh Create Marker Form in Global Marker Maintenance Screen After Successful Creation

When a new marker is created the dialog which holds the form for all the data to be maintained for a marker is closed. Once the create marker button is pressed again, the fields should be empty / initial / default value, currently they are filled with the data from the last creation
