Buttons not enabled when session started (Owner) #426

Describe the bug

When the session is started for an owner the annotation buttons are not enabled.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Session you own'
  2. Click on 'Play'
  3. See error -> button are not enabled

Expected behavior Marker Buttons are enabled for the owner.

Should be solved with 0.9.24
