Discovery clients don't handle repeated enums

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an API with a repeated enum argument
2. Try to pass a list of enums as the argument
3. Watch an exception get thrown.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: ['foo', 'bar'] is a valid argument. Instead: "['foo', 'bar'] is not 
in ['foo', 'bar', 'baz']"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0-beta7 on Python 2.7
