ResumableUploadError should be a subclass of HttpError #242

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Use client code like the following

try:
  foo.execute()
except apiclient.errors.HttpError, e:
  HandleError()

Inject an HTTP error during a resumable upload.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The script dies due to an uncaught exception. ResumableUploadError should be a
subclass of HttpError so that it can be caught here.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.0, Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
