Install issue an Error #112

What steps will reproduce the problem? Download of rainmeter Build 223 
64Bit,Also Build 163 same out come,same error
1. Trying to download an install rainmeter, UAC is turned off in Vista.
2. When download is complete, I tryed to run it as an exe, keep getting an 
error, also tryed to save it to download file, run as admin, same out 
come, same error.
3.Attached is the Error Dialog box for your viewing, seems like awesome 
app if I could get it to run an or install, Error reads = Installer 
integrity check has failed. Common causes include imcomplete downlaod and 
damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? To actually install 
and use the app.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rainmeter Build 223 an or 163 Build, 64Bit
OS Windows Vista SP2 64Bit system

Please provide any additional information below. If the problem is a
related to some config option attaching a example is always a good idea.
Try to keep it as simple as possible and make sure that it is a fully
working Rainmeter config (i.e. it includes all graphics too).

It seems that something corrupts the download on your computer. Are you using 
any
browser addons or download managers which might cause this? You could try to 
download
the file with an alternative browser and see if that helps.

Thank you good idea, I was using IE8, I'll try Firfox instead see if I can 
download 
it an install it
