This issue has nothing to do with Rainmeter or with the two applications
mentioned in
the forum thread. According to the several similar reports that can be found
with
Google this was caused by IE7 update. You can follow the instructions in the
above
link and rename the dll and see if that helps. Note that making changes to the
system
dlls can make your computer nonoperational so do this only if you are sure you
can
recover from any possible problem it might cause and all your important files
are
backed up.
