Problem for Investigation: Dynamic Variables - Memory Leak #151

I'm pretty sure there's still a memory leak in there somewhere. It's very
small and pretty insignificant unless you run Rainmeter for about a day
straight, but I'm more confident than ever that the leak was not completely
plugged.
