Angular 17 compatiblity #1

Hi, unfortunately, this package is not compatible with Angular 17 right now:

npm ERR! Found: @angular/common@17.2.3
npm ERR! node_modules/@angular/common

npm ERR! 
npm ERR! Could not resolve dependency:
npm ERR! peer @angular/common@"^13.0.0 || ^14.0.0 || ^15.0.0 || ^16.0.0" from ngx-gdpr-cookie-consent@16.0.1

Can you please add Angular 17 compatibility?
