Change license to 0BSD #328

GPL 3 has restrictions not compatible with FOSS, but 0BSD is close to public domain and everyone can leverage this codebase.

The license was community agree'd from the beginning and so far has served us well. Any specific thing its restricting you from doing?

Personally, I agree, AGPL is probably the best license for a project like this. As it happens, I chose the same for kobold_assistant, before noticing what KoboldAI was using.

FYI, FOSS is Free Software and/or Open Source Software, so explicitly DOES include AGPL, which is a Free Software license.
