Setting up Pygmalion takes wayyyy to long (i dont know if to post it here) #351

When i try to set it up it often gets stuck on a percentage, and often takes hours to get up, usually only by 11% each time. Heres what its on right now: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22621.1848] (c) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

Git clone is not related to KoboldAI itself so nothing we can do for you on that front.
