Program crashes when a large index is entered #3

Problem

When buying items from the shop, entering a large index number causes the program to crash.

Steps to replicate

  1. Navigate to a shop (denoted by #)
  2. Enter e to engage the shop
  3. Enter fight to enter the store
  4. Enter 9999999999. Program now crashes
