Pitch property for sound channels #160

Slightly adjusting the pitch by a random value goes a long way when using the same sound repeatedly, so it would be cool if that could be exposed.

in games like racing ones, where you need to procedurally modify sound to match vehicle's engine rpm pitch is a very huge miss.
