Impossible to knock ball out of opponent's hands #57

I think this happened once the shoot power logic was implemented. I think it's as simple as checking the logic for shooting. Maybe they should be able to start shooting even if they're not touching the ball but have to be touching the ball to successfully shoot. @gissues:{"order":12.499999999999996,"status":"backlog"}

Sometimes trying this causes a ball reset as in issue #60

I broke this again with my fix to #3. I'll fix it.

Re-opening and moving the milestone. The current fix is not a good one but it works well enough for now. Will have to revisit later
