All my friends have the mod installed through thunderstore mod manager and only the person who uploads the music can hear it and not anyone else.

Привет! Cкорее всего вам нужно просто подождать, когда песня загрузится на ваш компьютер. То она автоматически подгрузится в игру. Вам просто надо подождать.
