OAuth via github is broken #45

When I use GH account to login to kodular creator interface, it crashes with the following SQL error:

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'name' cannot be null

@hjpotter92 I can confirm the bug, thanks for mentioning it although it is a known bug. It will be patched 👍 :
