Can't access most of the preferences pane

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the menubar icon
2. Select the "Open Growl Preferences" menu item

What is the expected output?

- Multiple preferences pane, with a toolbar to switch between them

What do you see instead?

- The first preference pane, without the toolbar

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Growl 1.3.2 from the Mac App Store
Mac OS X 10.7.2 build 11C74 on 2.4GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo with 8GB of memory

This should be fixed for 1.3.3. We'll test and validate with the next beta.
