Growl » "Pulse Menu item" does not disable along with global rollup settings #485

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Note status of "Pulse Menu item" checkbox in Growl's Rollup prefs.
2. Disable Rollup via checkbox.
3. Note status of "Pulse Menu item" checkbox again.

The "Pulse Menu item" checkbox isn't disabled like the other rollup controls 
when the rollup is disabled; its still checkable, and the menubar item still 
pulses if the option is ticked.

Im not sure how thats happening still, but it will get investigated.

Growl 2.0 has exposed the option to completely disable the pulse.
