Unknown Record Type: 3 Error When Using TI Flash Programmer 2 #398

I am trying to upgrade my Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus-P to the latest Z-Stack firmware in this repo (CC1352P2_CC2652P_launchpad_coordinator_20221102) however, when I try and flash the hex file, I get an unknown record type: 3 error.

I have tried several times to re-flash this device with this firmware but it fails. I can confirm that I have definitely got my device in bootloader mode, and can successfully flash previous versions of the firmware.
