Green led #437

Hi,

I am using z2m and now I cannot toggle the green led from HA. I could do it before from ZHA but now I cannot. Probably I am not using the proper mqtt topic but I have tried all the regular options. I can only find information about how to dissable that led but nothing about keeping it in use.

Just to add that I swapped to Z2M with the same firmware. Latest for this little CC2531
