Router firmware HA1.2 configuration documention [request] #469

Concerning this information: https://github.com/Koenkk/Z-Stack-firmware/tree/master/router/Z-Stack_Home_1.2 Specifically the reference to LEDs and push switches.

Request: document which GPIOs map to the LED/switches for both CC2530 and CC2531. It would also be helpful to show the PTVO configuration (e.g. via the ".ini" file) which relates to the firmware such that users can generate their own PTVO router firmware which will use different LED/switch assignments but will behave identically in Z2M.

Reason/rationale: I assume these are for a "well known" item of firmware using CC2531, but the documentation is not intelligable in the context of hardare such as the ebyte E18 development board (CC2530).
