Because Bosch have unfortunately confirmed that they won't provide official Zigbee OTA files any time soon, we need to help ourself here.
I've extracted the image from a dedicated packet capture using @compujuckel's ZigbeeOtaExtractor tool.
AFAIK, the OTA blobs are shipped with SHC software updates, and not downloaded on-demand. I might be wrong about this though.
We'll know for sure once I find time & muse to finally dump the entire SHC filesystem from the eMMC.
