Sonoff ZBMINIL2 firmware update #7089

Hi guys, I was reporting some problems with power-on behavior of Sonoff ZBMINIL2 (it doesn't work) to Sonoff and I was told by support, that those problems are fixed in the latest firmware version 1.3.0. It seems that in z2m we have only version 1.0.14. Is there any way how to get the latest firmware? I was trying to search for any URL where to find it, but I was not successful. I don't have the ZBBridge to somehow sniff it... I'm not sure what is the procedure here and who would be able to get the firmware and how is it even done for this specific vendor. Is anybody able to provide it? Thanks a lot!

It's strange. because it doesn't seem such new version was really released.. and I get mixed answers.. sonoff supports refers to the new firmware version but on sonoff product page discussion they claim Power on behavior works correctly.. but it does not seem to be the case in my opinion..

On some of my ZBMINIL2 devices with firmware version 1.0.14 I have also problems. Are there any news if and how we can get this mentioned version 1.3.0.?

I have a problem that it gives lower voltage on output than provided on input, but support tells me to update firmware, so did anyone managed to update it?
