Helm chart does not get auto updated when zigbee2mqtt is released #7

Need to sync with @Koenkk to see if we can add a CI trigger from the main repo to the CI of this repo and trigger the build and release of the helm chart so updates auto propagate.

Fixed in https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/commit/5bdf90df9ede585a2d3ef7a8f992abbf2acd83e0, had to make some changes to the release pipeline: https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt-chart/commit/0b82b3b405eb59d8593a89bdc96ec770b4033512

Also trigger the 1.39.1 release, let me know if all is OK.

Today's 1.41.0 chart release still references a hard coded 1.37.1 container tag: https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt-chart/blob/92a77b7965193136500d69403b615d0dd1855d4c/charts/zigbee2mqtt/values.yaml#L10

Both PR #12 or #17 would address this issue, in different ways.

we have the CI for it. we should go in the direction of #17
