What happened?

I am not sure if this is the right place to report my problem - I use iobroker with iobroker.zigbee and not using zigbee2mqtt

As i reported in iobroker.zigbee https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.zigbee/issues/1666#issue-1559467758 all my Lidl Bulbs switches on and going off after ~300ms. Just a short flicker. This happens always when the brightness value was set more than once to 0. The developer assumes that "the zigbee-herdsman-converters poll the device status to update it, since the bulb does not report it."

What did you expect to happen?

Independed how often I set brighness to 0, after I set it to >0 the bulb should turn on.

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

Set brightness manually to 0. Set it once again to zero. Set brighness to 20 ->Blub swiches on for 300ms and switches off
