Install codes for the Conbee are currently not supported, see https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/issues/17492

How to pair Bosch?

You cannot, as your current adapter doesn't support install codes and the device requires it for pairing.

Is there any other Devices / ZigbeeDongles that support Bosch?
