State reporting for LED1623G12 stopped working

What happened?

I was using state reporting for IKEA Tradfri devices for a while. Recently I have noticed that reporting for LED1623G12 has stopped working. Probably that had happened during some Z2M upgrade in the passed. In the configuration I have

advanced:
  report: true

When the lamp is on using direct binding, it is not reported to Home Assistant. Direct binding with remote E1524 is configured like that:

'65289':
  friendly_name: remote_control_group
  devices:
    - 0xd0cf5efffec66c39/1
    - 0xccccccfffea6fac7/1

What did you expect to happen?

Expected that all devices that support reporting are automatically enabled this mode.
