Slow Reaction "first time" with Sonoff Dongle Plus-P (CC2652P) #20542

What happened?

Have a "First Time" Delay with my SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus-P (CC2652P). Firmware/ Coordinator Version: 20230507

If I power on a Hue Bulb it takes 1 Sec the Lamp goes on.

If I then switch it on and off again and then switch it on again, the lamp reacts immediately. If I wait a few seconds again I have the "initital" delay again.

I deactivated my 2.4 GHZ WLAN as a test.

Zigbee Channel is 20.

Any Ideas ? Bug with Sonoff Stick ?

Seems to be the Sonoff Adapter (ZBDongle-P)

Changed to Conbee III for testing, then changed to Sonoff ZBDongle-E. No issues here with Conbee III or ZBDongle-E...

Then changed to ZBDongle-P (CC2652P), have the issue again..
