TS0203 not report battery leve; #20654

What happened?

I had 9% battery level, I replaced old battery with new battery. After month It still reports 9% of battery level. Voltage was changed correctly.

What did you expect to happen?

Report 100% battery level

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

Replace old discharged battery with new one and wait 20+ hours.
