unfortunately I have the same problem. I have to set my thermostats to Normally-Closed. If I set this before pairing (in the installation menu), it unfortunately changes it back to Normally-Open after pairing.
It would be really great if this could be set!

What happened?
Bosch BTH-RM230Z / RBSH-RTH0-ZB-EU is not supported yet. The system_mode cool is missing and also to set the valves either to no (normaly open) or nc (normaly closed)
What did you expect to happen?
Bosch BTH-RM230Z / RBSH-RTH0-ZB-EU will be supported through installation code. system_mode cool is available --> ctrl_sequence_of_oper must be set from 0x02 Heating Only to 0x04 Cooling and Heating. Also it would be nice to set the valve behaviour from no to nc
