[Eurotronic SPZB0001] paired as Unsupported (interview failed)

What happened?

After pairing the Spirit ZigBee Radiator Valve (Eurotronic SPZB0001), it shows up as Unsupported:

It is listed as supported: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/SPZB0001.html

I have tried to re-pair a few times without success.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the Radiator Valve to pair just like other devices that I've managed to pair:

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

Pair the Eurotronic SPZB0001 to Zigbee2MQTT.

When trying to set this as an external source the following errors show up:

So I had a second one that I managed to pair successfully! The firmware of this working one is as follows: Firmware build date: 20191014 Firmware version: 22190930

Since I did not manage to pair the other one, I have no clue what the firmware on the other one might be. All I know is that it has different firmware installed.
