State problem with Lidl bulb HG06106B

What happened?

If I power on the device by its physical switch, zigbee2mqtt doesn't update the state to ON.

What did you expect to happen?

I expect to see the device ON in zigbee2mqtt and HA

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

1) device is switched off by HA. 2) I switch off by physical switch 3) I switch on by physical switch. The lamp now is ON. 4) the device's never seen ON in Z2M and HA.
