What happened?
In trying to resolve network drop out issues that remain consistent with different FW versions (Sonoff Dongle Plus P - now reverted to firmware that offers some stability) I'm progressively disabling devices that are very chatty on the network. One such is a (new version) Ikea Tradfri LED driver that consistently communicates every 60 seconds - ICPSHC24-10EU-IL-2
An earlier report may have some relevance / additional references - https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/issues/21951 I can confirm my particular version is the IL-2 variant
What did you expect to happen?
I'd expect this only to communicate on state changes or 15 minutes (ie aligning to my availability timeout)
How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)
