TS011F_plug_3: measurement_poll_interval has no effect

What happened?

I have configured my measurement poll interval to 5 seconds. It still updates once every 60 seconds. Value in configuartion.yaml is sane and there don't seem to be any error messages.

What did you expect to happen?

The values for power, voltage, current and energy to update every 5 seconds

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

• have a TS011F_plug_3 _TZ3000_5f43h46b
• set measurement_poll_interval to any value lower than 60
• check configuration.yaml to confirm value was set
• observe the update interval
