part of the network fall off, unable to pair new devices. #3014

Bug Report

What happened

Two days ago a CC2530 router disconnected and took a part of the network taht relied on it down with it. I tried to pair the router back and nothing happened. Now the part of the network that was connected directly to the coordinator is working, but I am unable to pair any new devices.

What did you expect to happen

be able to pair new devices.

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

try to pair new devices.

Debug Info

zigbee2mqtt version: latest-dev when it happened (1.10.0-dev (commit #6ef4fac)) CC253X firmware version: "revision":20190608

I've tried changing to 1.11.0 and downgrading to 1.9.0 with the same result. tried disconnedting the USB stick and pluging it back couple of minutes later and/or rebooting wth the same, unsuccesfull result. At the time of failure I had 28 connected devices incluing cc2530 router.

Any suggestions?

reflashing the CC2530 had solved the problem
