[Feature request] Support for E-Byte E800-DTU(Z2530-ETH-27) Zigbee2Ethernet #4128

I've seens this device produced by eByte (amogst most of the widely used zigbee module nowadays) and I was wondering if it can be supported by Zigbee2Mqtt due to the fact that:

its based on CC2530 module with a better PA that small modules (27db - 2.5km)
it can be setup as TCP Client or TCP Server and thus acting as a coordinator
zigbee2mqtt does already offers a serial-via-TCP option
