Dear,

I bought 3, and two works properly and the third one gave me the same error :( Different seller, but the same item (apparently).

Regards,

shvirik commented 3 years ago

one additional info. 2/3 devices that work properly are recognized by zigbee2mqtt as TS0121_plug. Edit: The boxes had the same device label code: A5C-16B7-08.

razmoket89 commented 3 years ago

Indeed @shvirik , I bought from the same seller and am having the same problem. The item is recognised as TS011F, but was sold as TS0121 which is working with z2m.

@razmoket89 do you have an operative TS0121_plug?. Because, I have two working, but they dont expose the energy sum of consumed energy:

Do you have this issue too?

Added now.

Changes will be available in the dev branch in a few hours from now. (https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/how_tos/how-to-switch-to-dev-branch.html)

Thank you very much!

Does somebody have the TuYa gateway? If yes please help with this issue: https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee-herdsman-converters/pull/2587#issuecomment-842416346 . Otherwise energy measurements with this plug will not work.

Just tried and got unsupported message on dev branch (1.18.3-dev):

~~Device '0x847127fffe8d9689' with Zigbee model 'TS011F' and manufacturer name '_TZ3000_cphmq0q7' is NOT supported, please follow https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/how_tos/how_to_support_new_devices.html ~~

Shouldn't there be no issue when the model and manufacturer name are the same or am I misunderstanding?

Edit: Nevermind, I updated to latest and it works

Hello,

I've got another TS011F plug not supported. I've tried to use instruction how to support new devices but I failed (seems too complicated for me). I've also tried dev branch.

Is it possible to add it ? Thank you.

power, current, voltage, energy are missing.

Much appreciated!

@dominikkarall you can get it working reading this issue.

The problem left is energy monitoring, it's not yet supported, as uses new undeclared cluster for this.

KMDobrev commented 2 years ago

In my case, these two models still do not show energy measurement in the Edge version.
