@hubnedav @creckord does this work for you?
It's exactly the same for me. I also have possition: null and running_state: N/A with my device.
for me its also battery. Have one GS361A-H04 TS0601 _TZE200_zivfvd7h and others GS361A-H04 TS0601 _TZE200_jeaxp72v and:
GS361A-H04 TS0601 _TZE200_zivfvd7h - battery ok i can see for example 100%, but position and running_state - N/A null GS361A-H04 TS0601 _TZE200_jeaxp72v - battery and position and running_state - N/A null
Same for me - position and running_state don't work. I assumed it was because I have a whitelabel model (Revolt NX-4911) where they seem to have messed with the firmware (modes and presets are a bit different, and schedule doesn't work)
I also couldn't see anything in the debug output that would suggest that this information was actually sent by the device, so I just left it at that.
Hi
I have got the same issue on an Essentials 120112 trv (copy of SiterWell GS361A-H04).
When I send in topic zigbee2mqtt/trv_essentials/get the payload bellow :
{
"running_state": ""
}
I have the error log in zigbee2mqtt debug log :
Zigbee2MQTT:debug 2021-10-18 15:29:58: Received MQTT message on 'zigbee2mqtt/trv_essentials/get' with data '{"running_state": ""}'
Zigbee2MQTT:error 2021-10-18 15:29:58: No converter available for 'running_state' ()
I'm available if additionnal tests are needed.
Running fresh installed zigbee2mqtt edge , on Home assistant
Here too:
Sending {"current_heating_setpoint": ""}
to the */get
topic results in
Zigbee2MQTT:error 2021-10-21 22:40:05: No converter available for 'get' 'current_heating_setpoint' ()
manufacturerName of my device: _TZE200_jeaxp72v
Also running latest dev branch. Willing to debug but might need some hints.
This issue is stale because it has been open 30 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 7 days
Same here both values shows null
I'm seeing the the thing. I'm happy to provide logs etc. (but I might need a little guidance). This is on z2m version 1.25.2.
This is what the state looks like (from the z2m interface)
Model GS361A-H04 Zigbee Model TS0601 Zigbee Manufacturer _TZE200_zivfvd7h
Same here, I have two of these and both show position n/a and running state null
same here, is there anything that can be done??
Same here, anyone know how to debug this ?
+1 :(

Same problem here. I can provide logs if anyone can help
Unforchunatelly, noone is responding , do you have same probles foloved with problem of sending manualy set values to home assitant ? as well ? thanks for answer
https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/issues/17365 I created new Issue dedicated to reading data from device :) hopefully it gets some notice :)
I have the same problem.
For me also still a problem :/
same here. :-(
I connected a new Siterwell GS361A-H04 which is supposed to be supported according to: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/GS361A-H04.html#siterwell-gs361a-h04
It is now showing up in zigbee2mqtt but I can see a few quirks and am unsure if this is a bug or if I can solve it myself via some magic configuration.
z2mqtt dashboard, 3x state doesn't really help. Why is running state shown as N/A?
The info seems to be there just not displayed in the dashboard
Debug info
