Problems after moving to RPi 4 #9102

Good day! I have an RPi3 on which I have no problems so far. I followed the instructions and installed it.

Everything is up to date.

The devices are displayed as "Removed" during pairing via the front end in the logs.

I hope you can help me.

Best regards Tyro

My Problem is, i can't add Devices on my RaspberryPi 4. During pairing, the device reports to the front end with ID 0x ........ But it doesn't show up and it's not connected.

Don’t use the usb3 port. If not yet done.

A usb2 hub is also better: usb stick to close of the pi is suffering of some interferences.

Hello, i use a 0,5m usb-cable and i use the usb2 port.

I install Raspbian, the i make updates / upgrades and reboot the pi. Install zigbee2mqtt using the instructions. When pairing I get the following logs.

warning Device '0x00xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' left the network

info MQTT publish: topic 'zigbee2mqtt/bridge/event', payload '{"data":{"ieee_address":"0x00xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"},"type":"device_leave"}'

info MQTT publish: topic 'zigbee2mqtt/bridge/log', payload '{"message":"left_network","meta":{"friendly_name":"0x00xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"},"type":"device_removed"}'

debug Received MQTT message on 'zigbee2mqtt/bridge/request/permit_join' with data '{"device":null,"time":254,"transaction":"8clna-3","value":false}'

Why are the devices not added? Device: WSDCGQ11LM
