Sierra Nevada (ATS) Support #86

I created a coordinates file for the Sierra Nevada mod. i saw someone on their discord ask about support for this on that mod, so i figured i would help out with it.

Additionally, I do not have access to ATS Sierra Nevada, so I cannot test it.

That's not to say I wouldn't like to include it - I would. However, I get a lot of requests for supporting mod x or y. The problem is that it requires supporting the current version and also maintaining it for future versions, something a lot of people tend to forget. Heck, I've even had people get mad at me for mentioning that, claiming that it was unreasonable to ask them to do that much work. They just said "please support x, here is a list of some stations (not nearly enough to cover one per city)". Previous comment is not meant as a discouragement, but please know that it will/may take quite a bit of work, both now and in the future.

It's no problem. I missed where u said it need to be per city, which makes sense. It's just my favorite ATS by far lol Will look into finding those stations.

I do not have access to ATS Sierra Nevada, but I'll gladly compile as many stations as I can. @Qrusher14242 is the cities list you provided in the zip file a complete list?
