I have found this repository which seems to allow to produce nice genome browser using bigwig, bed files, etc ...

This might be a good thing to add in the next release!

Do you want to visualise parts of the genome? Or the whole genome ? ;-)

We could make it modulable, there is an option --region to plot part of the genome, I assume if this option is empty that it could plot the entire chromosome selected. It's just a suggestion
