Reason

Medical has been changed extensively over the months and has grown slightly frankensteinian.

Objectives

I don't mind it, but imho it should be greyed out when require diagnose if disabled in the module so that players don't have to diagnose themselves or others. Mission makers have had requests to make the medical settings a bit more casual, requiring less clicking. Since we can't turn agm medical on or off in the editor the best we can do is adjust the settings in the module or ditch agm medical entirely which we don't want to do. I also remember there was talk about sharing the diagnosis with nearby players, what are the plans for that? Also noticed that diagnosing someone entering a vehicle or leaving, dragging, carrying someone will force you to diagnose the patient again when you return. Any chance that time could be extended? One last thing, what about an option in the agm medical module to create a journal entry or similar to display the agm medical settings so players know what to expect. Farooq revive had a hint on spawn but maybe something more fancy could be created?
