the clacker (firing device) animation #1361

I'm wondering if it's possible where one day that there could be an animation for the clacker (firing device) where we can hold the device in our hands and use it. This will give us more control on when triggering it.

I don't see this coming out soon so you can put this on hold till someone can do something like that.

There is no animation for this.

If there is any animator (who knows how to do Arma animations) willing to work on them and submit them to AGM.

It's not necessarily an animation, it's just a 2 frame gesture for weapons. Would require the clacker being a handgun but could be possible. But not for any time soon. Requires

All possible but not for a good couple releases.

You can't change a pistols holding animation for some reason. We tried that with the BWMods MP7, but it's always the same. The pistol simulation class ignores the holding animations.

Same is probably true for launchers, although I never tested that. This is the reason why the flashlight from ACE2 was so weird.

But what's wrong with the pistol holding animation? I think it could work for the clacker as is.

No firing animation.

I'm going to put my hand in making a model for the clacker, do you guys have any good referance pictures to use?
