Parachute Improvement #2192

I want suggest a optimization in vanilla parachute system, like a failure chance to the Parachute open, a emergency parachute, and put the backpack between the legs. Example:Jump > Open (So high) or PQD failed > Cut Parachute > Open Emergency Parachute (this you cant cut the ropes).
