Scopes: ticks depending on scope #2193

Not sure if i should post that here or in AGM_Compat... PSO have 0.5 mil ticks (ref: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PSO-1) Will be nice to have this little feature.

There is no PSO in the game.

in RHS mod. I was using compatibility PBOs.

Rlex that .5 mil ticks is only for zeroing the optic to the SVD not for range elevation adjustments.

AFAIK the PSO-1 has ranged turrets that correspond only to a specific weapon and specific ammo for the SVD.

It does not appear to have universal mil turrets or moa turrets like most optics. It is a weapon specific thing.

It would be very useful to have more scope adjustment parameters. For instance, to implement a realistic PSO-1 scope, an addon maker needs the ability to adjust the range using vanilla discreteDistance from 100 to 1000 meters, and also adjust for windage in mils using AGM (in 0.5 mil ticks). Thus it would be great if you introduced (1) configurable tick value - e.g. 0.1 moa, 0.5 mil, etc., and (2) capability to adjust windage using AGM while keeping the vanilla distance setting.
